- We want you to be completely happy with your new storage furniture. If there's a problem with an item, or if things just don't look the way you thought they would, we'll work with you to make things right. To initiate a return, please contact us.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- We issue full refunds for items when they're returned in their original condition.
- Returns will incur return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction.
- Damaged Items
- Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. We do our best to package products so that they arrive in good shape, but sometimes damage may occur. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 5 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you are present at time of delivery, please note any damage when signing for your item. If possible, email us a photo of the damaged item and keep all of the original packing material to expedite the exchange process.
